Tianqi Chicken Soup is a suitable soup for women in labor, as it strengthens the heart and nourishes the blood, removes blood stasis and stops bleeding. When a woman gives birth, her body loses a lot of blood, and if she doesn't have enough tonic, she will have a deficiency of the spleen and kidney, and her face will be yellow and weak. In order to regulate the body after delivery, just boil it once a week.
Ingredients〗About 1200 grams of chicken, 8 red dates, 15 grams of Panax quinquefolius, 2 slices of ginger, 2 pieces of tangerine peel, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2500 ml of water.
Practice〗Remove the internal organs of black chicken, clean it and chop it into big pieces. Wash red dates and orange peel and set aside.
The black chicken, also known as bamboo chicken, has strong nourishing effect on liver and kidney, benefiting yin and tonifying blood, tonic but not dry. Regular consumption of this soup has a very good effect on promoting breast milk.
Put the black chicken into a pot, pour in water, boil over high heat and continue to cook for 2 minutes, remove the blood and fish out, and rinse the floating foam on the surface of the chicken with water.
Put the Tianqi into a sturdy bowl, smash it with a rolling pin, put it into a seasoning packet and wash it with water across the packet.
Pour water into the pot, put in the black chicken peel, red dates, ginger and the seasoning packet with Tianqi, bring to a boil over high heat and then pour into an electric casserole pot to simmer for more than 3 hours (or longer), add salt to taste before serving.
