Pudding production method:
1. 1kg of pudding powder and 5kg of hot water just boiled and stirred well, so that completely dissolved. (Slightly boil can also be) (If you need to taste good, please add 2~4 egg yolks)
2. While hot and divided into pudding molds or other cake, bread containers.
3. Allow to cool (about 20 minutes) and the pudding will be ready in color, aroma and taste. If you put it in the lower part of the refrigerator, it will be even more refreshing if you eat it after it has cooled down.

Egg pudding
Materials: egg pudding powder 300g, 1000g of fresh milk, clean egg shells (can be 8 with ~ ~ ~ like you can use molds) ~ ~ ~
Practice:

Microwave pudding

Then pour the sugar mixture evenly into the pudding molds and place in the refrigerator to cool.
How to make the pudding:
1. Add sugar to the milk and heat in the microwave until it reaches 60~70 degrees Celsius (500W for 1 minute). Remove from the microwave and stir to dissolve the sugar.

3. Slowly infuse the milk from 1. into the egg mixture from 2. Add the vanilla extract and whisk well.

5. Cover the pudding bowl with plastic wrap and fill the bottom tray with some water.
Put it in the microwave at 200W for 6 minutes. (If the surface is not yet hardened, continue to heat it properly. 200W is the defrosting mode.)
P.S. Don't use high heat. Although high heat is fast, the pudding will be honeycombed, which affects the texture.
