You can put dates and wolfberries in the radish ribs soup.
Ingredients: 400 grams of pork chops, 400 grams of white radish.
Accessories: 5 prawns, 5 red dates, 3g wolfberry.
Seasoning: 2g salt, 2 green onions, 2 slices ginger, 5ml cooking wine, 2g chicken essence.
Method
1. Put the ribs in a pot of cold water, turn on the heat, bring to a boil, take it out, put it under running water to wash away the foam, rinse it and set aside.
2. Peel the radish, cut into cubes and set aside.
3. Take a casserole, add water, put in the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, keep the fire high to remove the foam, add onion and ginger, pour in a little cooking wine, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
