Seaweed Bibimbap
Ingredients: rice, chopped seaweed, egg, lunch meat.
Accessories: salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar.
Steps:
1. Dice the lunch meat and whisk the egg.
2, start the fire, hot oil in the pan, pour into the lunch meat fried until golden brown on both sides.
3. Reheat the oil, add the egg mixture and scramble.
4: Fill a bowl with rice and arrange the seaweed, egg and lunch meat in it.
5: Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, mix well.
6: Serve the seaweed with rice on a plate.
