How to make Laba porridge
1. Separate the beans and rice first and wash them.
2. I bought it in separate packages so that the ingredients can be soaked according to their needs.
3. Add water to the beans and soak them overnight if you have time. If you don’t have time, soak them for 4 hours.
4. Continue to add water to the rice. If you have time, you can soak it for half a day, if you don't have time, you can soak it for 2 hours.
5. First put the beans into the pot and cook for about 20 minutes, then add the soaked rice and cook for about 45 minutes.
6. When the porridge is slightly thick, add candied dates, continue to cook for a while and then remove from the heat. Add rock sugar and serve.
