Ingredients
150 grams of Ligustrum lucidum (picked on the winter solstice), 3000 grams of glutinous rice, and an appropriate amount of distiller's yeast.
Method
Mix Ligustrum lucidum and glutinous rice, steam until cooked, add koji, and make wine in the usual way. It can also be prepared using the cold soaking method. Add an appropriate amount of Ligustrum lucidum to 500 grams of wine, soak it for 7 days and drink it.
Drink as much as you like.
