The practice of cream:
Spare ingredients: 60 ml of cold water, 250 ml of whole milk, gelatin tablets 10 g, 32.5 g of powdered sugar and 7.5 ml of vanilla extract;
1. First, prepare all materials in place and weigh them. Put cold water in the pot first, add gelatin tablets, don't stir in a hurry, and let it stand for 5 minutes.
2. Then start heating on low heat. Pay attention to the need to keep stirring during the process until the gelatin tablets can be completely melted. It's time to turn off the fire, leave it for a while, and then prepare a slightly larger bowl.
3. Pour the whole milk into a bowl, and put the melted gelatin solution into it at the same time, and stir it evenly with a manual eggbeater for almost 20 seconds. Don't stir it too much.
4. Next, put vanilla extract and powdered sugar into the milk mixture, mix them thoroughly and evenly, put them in the refrigerator, and let them stand for 1 hour. You need to take it out every 15 minutes and stir it with a manual eggbeater. After standing, the mixture will become very thick. Finally, it will be mixed with whipped cream, which can be easily sent away with electric egg beater.
