After downloading, place the upgrade package in the root directory of your phone’s U disk or SD card (meaning do not put it in any folder). Note: The screen cannot be operated in recovery mode. The volume up and down keys can move the cursor, and the power key determines options.

2. When the phone is turned off, press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time until the word vivo appears and then release it. 3. Select "Install upgrade software", the interface will jump, and you will be prompted to choose whether to upgrade from built-in storage or external SD card. For example: put the downloaded installation package in the root directory of the mobile phone's U disk, select mobile phone storage That’s it.

4. Then it will jump to the interface for selecting the upgrade package, and select the upgrade package downloaded in advance.

5. There is a progress bar on the upgrade interface. The upgrade is completed after the progress bar is read.

Click OK to jump to the recovery interface, and finally restart the phone.
