Ingredients: salt and oil.
Practice:
1, peeled potatoes, washed and cut into long strips, soaked in salt water 10 minutes.
2. Remove the potatoes from the salt water and cook them in boiling water for 3 minutes.
3. Take out the cooked potatoes, drain the water and cool them flat.
4. Wrap the cooled potatoes in a fresh-keeping mold and put them in the refrigerator for quick freezing.
5. Put oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, put the quick-frozen potato chips in and fry them slowly until golden.
6. Drain the fried potato chips until golden brown, and take them out of the pan.
