Boil the water first, then put down the frozen dumplings and turn to a low heat. Don't let the water boil. If you see the water boiling, add some cold water and gently push jiaozi. Don't stir it hard, it will break.
Frozen jiaozi won't melt quickly after it is taken out of the refrigerator. If there is ice on the jiaozi, it is suggested to melt it properly first, otherwise the cooked jiaozi will taste terrible. It is best to use stainless steel pot pots and pans.
