Tomato sardines
Ingredients: two sardines, two tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, pepper, cooking wine, starch, sugar, soy sauce, coriander.
Production method:
1. Wash the sardines first, remove the internal organs, gills and drain the water.
2. Marinate with a little salt and cooking wine and a little starch for ten minutes.
3. Peel the tomatoes with hot water and cut them into cubes for later use.
4. Stir-fry with onion, ginger, pepper and pepper, add the prepared fish and fry slightly on both sides to prevent the fish from scattering.
5, add the right amount of boiling water, add tomatoes.
6. After the water is boiled, add pepper, a small amount of soy sauce and a proper amount of sugar. Switch to medium heat for five minutes and add appropriate amount of salt. Stew for another 20 minutes.
