Ingredients: pork 250g.
7 mushrooms
Yam 200g
Three slices of ginger
A handful of onion
Seasoning: wine 1/3 spoon
Salt 1/3 spoon
Soy sauce 1/3 spoon
Peanut oil 1/3 tone
A little sesame oil
A little white pepper
Soak kidney beans in advance for three hours or one night.

1, cut pork into cubes of 1 cm, shred ginger and add it to pork, then add a little soy sauce, salt, wine and peanut oil to marinate for 15 minutes. Yam diced with 2, pork. Soak mushrooms in hot water and cut them into diced pork. Chopped green onion is 3 mm long.
