Practice: 1. Wash and slice pork, and wash garlic cloves;

9. When there is a little water left, add the previously fried pork, add the remaining half of minced garlic, and then pour a little soy sauce from the side of the dish and mix well;
10. finally sprinkle a little pepper and mix well. (You can also add chopped green onion or leek if you like. )
