Remarks: The corn juice bought in restaurants outside is always like this, but this drink still has tricks. I have explained the process clearly, and it depends on everyone's understanding.
The second method:
1, a catty of sweet corn, washed and boiled in water, just like boiling corn syrup, this step is very important, because directly using raw corn to juice will have a green smell, even if it is cooked later, it can't be removed, which is also the disadvantage of raw corn juice.
2, corn kernels must be cooked thoroughly, don't shorten the time because corn can be eaten raw. If the cooking time is not enough, the squeezed corn juice will be separated from the residue and water, and it will not have that thick taste.
3. Cooked corn can be squeezed out after cooling, and it should be measured when adding water. No more, no less. I squeezed three scoops of corn and four scoops of water.
4. You can drink it directly after pressing.
Therefore, the best corn juice is boiled, that is, the corn is boiled first and then squeezed, not squeezed and then boiled.
