Practice (this recipe can be made into 10 brown sugar cake)
1.2 10g medium-gluten flour is added with 190g boiling water, stirred with chopsticks into a flocculent shape, cooled for 5 minutes, and kneaded into a smooth dough for proofing10min. The dough is soft and sticky at this time. Remember to apply cooking oil to the chopping board and hands, and then knead them into smooth dough.
2. Brown sugar stuffing: Mix 10g medium gluten flour and 90g brown sugar evenly.
3. Sprinkle dry powder on the chopping board, knead the proofed dough into long strips, and divide each strip into 40g.
4. After the dough is flattened, roll it out with a rolling pin, roll it into a round crust with thick middle and thin sides, and wrap it with a spoonful of brown sugar stuffing (about 10g).
5. put your mouth away and gently press it into a round cake with your hands.
6. Turn to medium heat, preheat the pan, add brown sugar cake and bake until golden on both sides.
