1. 150 grams of beef, one potato, half a red onion, half a carrot, 3-4 fresh mushrooms, one chive, 5 coriander, and a cup and a half of rice (the rice cooker comes with Belt), one green onion, one tablespoon of ginger powder, one tablespoon of minced garlic, one tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of fresh soy sauce, one small spoon of oil, one tablespoon of cooking oil, and a little salt.
2. Steps: Wash the rice and put it into the rice cooker, pour in the corresponding water and set aside. Cut the beef, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, and onions into fingertip-sized dices, cut the onions into chopped green onions, cut the peppers into sections, and mince the garlic.
3. Heat the pan and add oil. When it is 50% hot, add the diced beef and stir-fry until it is slightly charred and the water is gone. Add ginger powder, minced garlic and diced onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Put the potatoes, carrots and shiitake mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry evenly. Add cooking wine, first-grade fresh soy sauce, oil and stir-fry until browned. Add appropriate salt.
5. Pour all the ingredients in the wok into the rice cooker, spread it on top of the rice, and start steaming the rice according to the rice steaming procedure. After the program ends, continue to simmer for 5 minutes, open the rice cooker, add chopped green onion, and stir evenly.
