A recipe for food made in an oven?
1, onion chicken wings
A catty of chicken wings, marinate with oyster sauce, salt, sugar, chicken powder and soy sauce for 2 hours 1-2. I don't like to cut chicken wings with a knife, but I use a fork that eats western food to poke holes in both sides of chicken wings, which looks more beautiful! Two fist-sized onions, cut into onion rings horizontally, spread flat on an iron plate with aluminum foil, then put the pickled chicken wings on it, and pour the pickled juice evenly into the iron plate. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, put the chicken wings in it for 20 minutes, and turn them over with chopsticks at 10 minutes. If the chicken wings are big, it may take 5 more minutes to bake, and the time is your own.
2. Grilled ribs
One catty of ribs, marinated in the same way 1-2 hours. 3 tomatoes, 2 onions, tomatoes cut into 2-3 cm chunks or onions cut into rings. Spread onions first, then tomatoes, finally ribs, and pour the marinade into the iron plate. The ribs should be roasted for 25-30 minutes. If you are afraid of being undercooked, you can boil the ribs in boiling water for 2-3 minutes before pickling, and rinse them with cold water until the ribs are not hot. If the ribs are blanched, just roast them for 20-25 minutes.
