Pork belly 100g
Seasoning:
Appropriate amount of salt, 3ml of soy sauce, onion 10g, ginger 10g, and appropriate amount of blending oil.
How to stir-fry meat with Chili peppers;
1.Pepper, washed and broken into pieces the size of an egg.
2. Slice the pork belly.
3. Cut the onion and slice the ginger.
4. Take the pan, pour the oil, stir-fry the pork belly, and stir-fry the soy sauce evenly.
5. Pour in onion, ginger and pepper, stir-fry for1-2 minutes.
6. Add the right amount of salt, stir well and serve.
