Ingredients
Half a bunch of water spinach, five cloves of garlic, a small handful of dried fish, a handful of rice wine, a spoonful of cooking wine, two spoons of salt, a spoonful of bitter tea oil, and a spoonful of bitter tea oil

Saute dried small fish and minced garlic with bitter tea oil until fragrant

Add vegetable stems first and stir-fry.

Add water spinach leaves and water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
