2, try to be less spicy.
It's really not suitable to eat too spicy food during pregnancy. People who are pregnant will have a higher body temperature than usual, and are more prone to get angry and constipation. If you eat spicy food, you don't have to stop eating it completely, just enough is enough.
Coconut water and low-sugar yogurt can be combined to reduce the dryness and heat of hot pot and balance it.
3. Eat slowly and eat less.
I feel a little nonsense, but the problem with eating hot pot is that most people eat too much. Why don't pregnant mothers eat too much at a time, because many problems are caused by eating too much. Many so-called taboos during pregnancy actually have nothing to do with eating, and problems only occur when eating too much.
