Method
1. Peel the garlic and press it into minced garlic.
2. Put a little olive oil in the pot.
3. Pour in the minced garlic, sauté over low heat until fragrant, add salt and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
4. Clean the scallops and put them on a plate.
5. Pour the fried garlic evenly onto the scallops.
6. Steam for about 10 minutes.
7. After steaming, sprinkle a little chopped green onion for decoration.
