Stewing method of tilapia
Clean the tilapia, put a flower knife on each side, then put a little salt and marinate for ten minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, then add pickled tilapia and stir-fry until fragrant. Fry tilapia until golden on both sides, pour in cooking wine and light soy sauce, then add onion and ginger slices, then pour in appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and stew.
