Materials:
2 red tomatoes, diced onion, garlic, grass shrimp, fish fillets, clams, fresh scallops, Chinese rolls, peacock shells, white wine, herb broth, sweet basil, salt.
Steps:
Make a cross cut at the top of the red tomatoes, boil them in a pot, remove the skin and seeds, and dice them.
Burst the onion and garlic in olive oil, then sauté the seafood ingredients, then add the diced tomatoes,
herb stock and white wine and simmer, then add salt to taste when the soup comes to a rolling boil, and then toss in the sweet basil before serving.
(Basil oxidizes easily when exposed to heat, so toss the basil evenly into the soup to avoid contact with the air).

Tips
The basil leaves are put in 2 times, once for flavor and once for color.
