The freezing zone has a lower temperature, generally minus 7-18 °, the oysters will be placed in it to save, preservation methods properly, oysters on the shell can generally be preserved for 2-3 days, oysters on the half-shell of 5-7 days, oyster meat preservation time of 5-7 days.
