Simple duck blood soup
1. A bowl of duck blood,
2. Boil water in a pot and add duck blood.
3. Blanch the duck blood,
4. Rinse water and prepare ginger and garlic.
5. Slice duck blood, shred ginger and garlic.
6. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger, stir-fry garlic until fragrant, then pour in water or stock.
7. After boiling, pour in the duck blood.
8. Add some salt,
9. Cook for a while,
10. Add chicken essence for freshness,
11. Boil , sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
