The way to do it
Why is this so important to you? >
Ham (can be added or not) 30g (one finger width of a strip)
Sea Coconut Lean Meat Soup
Preparation: Fresh stick bone soaked in cool water for about 20 minutes to remove the blood water. Slice lean pork thickly, about 3mm. Abalone shelled and washed off the black membrane. All other ingredients are washed.
Stick bone, lean meat, abalone, according to the individual fly water. You can also handle separately, you can also go down together, and then first fishing abalone (water boiling 1 minute), and then fishing meat (2-3 minutes in order not to bleed water prevail), stick bone cooking time a little longer, all angles do not bleed water and then fish out. Then wash all the ingredients, make sure they are clean, no foam on them, trust me.
All the ingredients into the pot, pure water with eight bowls (not a big bowl thank you). My experience is that the materials add up to about 1/4-1/3 of the whole soup is the most appropriate. (The mouth heavy can't stand soup is too light)
High fire boil to small fire boil 2 hours. (Nutrition experts recommend that you 1.5-2 hours, but because my home is the purple sand electric stew pot, I have a high grade 1 hour and then turn the automatic gear to boil 12 hours huh)
