Ingredients
1 bottle of Korean kimchi 400g of sliced pork, 1 egg, ? onion, 3 garlic cloves, 2 green onions, 3 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp Korean chili sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine, 2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut slices of plum pork into small pieces. 1 tbsp Korean Hot Sauce~Marinade

Add Wafu Soy Sauce. Add minced garlic. Kimchi juice. 2 tbsp sesame oil

Add shredded onion. Marinade... The onion enzyme will make the meat softer

Make a bowl of sauce ~ 1 tbsp of Korean hot sauce + 2 tbsp of rice wine and set aside

Put the meat and kimchi into a wok and stir fry it... When the meat is cooked. Put in the sauce in picture 3. Stir fry .... Add a spoonful of sesame oil to add flavor and prepare fluffy rice~~

Cover with fried kimchi pork and onsen egg... It's done~
