Tell you what: you can't print both sides.

After the visa form is filled out, it will be automatically generated on the webpage. For example, there are 3 DS156 forms, you have to print all of them, or you can save another electronic version of the DPF archive to keep a record of it, and then open it and then print it.

As long as the print is clear, and in addition, the barcode on the form is not chipped or bad, it can be used. Remember to paste 1 photo of 50MM X 50MM on the DS156 form.
