Steamed sea bass
Ingredients:
1 sea bass (about 500 grams), half a green onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, oil
Cooking Steps:
1. Remove the guts and scales of the sea bass to clean it well, and make a few diagonal cuts on the body, cut the green onion into green onion flowers and onion julienne, and slice the ginger.
