Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Chop the garlic cloves and set aside.
3. Blanch long bean curd in boiling water for 2 minutes and cool.
4. Add garlic paste, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar and fresh shellac.
5. Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes to taste.
6. Add a pinch of salt to the sesame paste, and stir in a moderate amount of cold water to dilute.
7. Then add sesame oil and continue to stir to dilute.
8. Until the sesame paste is fine and smooth.
9. Refrigerated beans on a plate and drizzle with sesame sauce.
Tips
Blanching long bean curd in boiling water can add a little salt in the water, and then cool water, so that the bean curd color green, crisp taste.
