Method
First prepare, white vinegar: 600cc, granulated sugar: 500g, salt: 80g
Put all the white vinegar, granulated sugar, and salt into a small pot, and then turn on a low heat.
Stir with chopsticks while heating.
Turn off the heat until all the sugar and salt have melted and a clear, transparent vinaigrette has formed.
Let it cool, pour it into a clean container and set aside.
