Materials:
A. Wine cake, dosage: I bought a small ball about two centimeters in diameter. About one kilogram of glutinous rice needs 1.5 grains.

Preparation: Measure one kilogram of glutinous rice and soak it in cold water for at least one night.
Practice: put the glutinous rice in a pressure cooker, put it in the water level of the cooked hard rice, and cook it over high fire. After cooking, pour it into a larger container and cool it to warm. After melting the wine cake as much as possible with a bowl of warm water, pour the wine cake water into the cold glutinous rice, while stirring the glutinous rice as evenly as possible, and add some warm water during the stirring. After stirring, bottle it, make a hole in the middle, and pour the remaining wine cake water into it. Generally, it takes about 15 days in summer, and it takes about a month to put the heating edge in cold weather. When drinking, scoop it out of the hole and try to seal the bottle, preferably with sandbags.
