Step 1
Cut the front leg meat into pieces of about 1cm. The authentic method of steaming pork powder is to choose pork belly with skin to do it. The fat in the fat meat will be steamed out at high temperature, and the taste will be smoother.

Add 1g salt and 3g soy sauce, stir well and marinate for about 20min.

Wash and peel the sweet potato. The oil absorption of rice flour is limited, while potato vegetables, such as sweet potatoes, can absorb excess oil in meat, which in turn will make sweet potatoes more fragrant and refreshing.

Cut the sweet potato into small pieces. Cutting into small pieces will make sweet potatoes absorb more oil and taste better.

In a small hot pot, put rice and glutinous rice together in a wok and fry until slightly yellow. Prepare a suitable bowl according to the weight of the ingredients, first put the diced sweet potatoes at the bottom, and then spread the meat slices. Spread the diced sweet potatoes on the bottom. When steaming, the oil in the meat will slowly penetrate into the sweet potatoes.
