Preparation method of stewed tofu with cod
Clean cod, cut into pieces, add 1 tbsp cooking wine, sprinkle with a little dry starch, and fish well.
Put the oil in the pan, add the cod section and fry it on low heat.
Fry cod on both sides, push aside and add onion, ginger and dried Chili.
Stir-fry onion and ginger and add soy sauce.
Add clean water without cod and turn to medium heat.
Bring the tofu to a boil over medium heat, cut it into small pieces, put it in a pot and stew for 10- 15 minutes, add salt to taste, and then turn off the heat and take it out.
