1) Soak the sea cucumber in cold water for 8- 10 hour,
2) Cut from tail to mouth with scissors.
3) After softening, break the sea cucumber, remove the sand mouth and wash it.
4) Wash for 2~3 times.
5) Boil the washed sea cucumber in an oil-free pan for 15-20 minutes, and then turn off the heat after kneading thoroughly with your hands.
6) After the sea cucumber is naturally cooled, it should be soaked in cold water. It's best to put proper ice cubes, or change cold water several times and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration. If there is a hard core, repeat the above method several times until the hardness is appropriate.
Note: No additives are allowed to be added during soaking. When soaking in summer, be sure to put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
