Preparation materials: sago 200g2000 water.
Exercise:
1. Take out the prepared sago for later use.
2. Add sago after the water boils. When the edge of sago becomes transparent, it is easy to stick to the pot and stir.
3. When there is a little white in the middle, you can turn off the fire until there is no white spot.
4. Take out the braised sago, rinse until it becomes thick, and soak it in ice water for 10- 15 minutes, then take out the sago.
