Five sets of nutritious breakfast recipes:
One: two small steamed buns heated, salted duck eggs cut in half, consume one half, take 50 grams of dried bean curd in the plate, fresh orange cut, with 250 milliliters of soya bean milk to eat together.
Two: two to three slices of wholemeal bread; a hard-boiled egg; another 1/2 cucumber cut into small strips and add a little salt; with a sausage; drink 200 ml of yogurt.
Three: cut a hamburger bun in half, spread a spoonful of jam and add two slices of cheese in the center; slice a kiwi and add it to the bun or eat it directly. Milk is poured into a cup with a good amount of nutritious cereal to drink.
Four: Two slices of sandwich bread, spread a small spoon of peanut butter on one slice, spread about 20 grams of meat loaf on the other slice, slice a tomato and add it to the center to eat. Milk consumption is 250 milliliters.
5: Heat two small dosa breads, boil an egg, take a small amount of curd and serve it with soy milk and apple. Soya milk consumption is 250 ml.
