1. House type. There are four-person rooms, six-person rooms with bunk beds, and large courtyards (5-8 are for girls, and 9-11 are for boys). They are all new buildings with better apartment types. Huaiyin Institute of Technology only has six-person rooms and they are relatively old, so they are not as good as Yancheng Institute of Technology.

2. Configuration. The dormitories of Yancheng Institute of Technology are equipped with independent bathrooms, air-conditioning fans, balconies, lockers, etc. They are fully equipped and in good condition. The dormitory of Huaiyin Institute of Technology does not have independent bathrooms and fans. The cabinets are relatively small and can barely hold clothes. The configuration is not as good as that of Yancheng Institute of Technology.
