1. Eat it directly
Many people like to eat it directly. This can keep the original flavor of the fruit. Clean the carambola when it is in season, and then cut off five (or 6) Hard edges, please note that you only need to trim off the thinner hard edges, and then cut into thin five-pointed star slices with a knife, and you can eat. If you think the star fruit is too astringent or too sour, add some brown sugar to make the star fruit more delicious.
2. Squeeze carambola juice and drink it
Fresh carambola can also be squeezed directly. Wash 3 fresh carambolas with water, cut them into dices with a fruit knife, and cut them into pulp. Mash and grind the juice, pour the juice into a cup, add 100 ml of warm water and mix thoroughly, take it twice a day.
3. Vinegar-pickled star fruit
Take 1 fresh star fruit and 50 ml of red vinegar. Wash the star fruit with clean water, and then cut it into two parts with a fruit knife. Put the fresh fruit into a cup, soak it in red vinegar for 10 minutes, take it out, and chew it slowly.
