method of work
1, papaya (papaya is preferably green papaya) peeled and cut into cubes.
2. Peel the yam, wash it and cut it into hob blocks.
3. The corn is peeled off, washed and cut into pieces.
4. Peel carrots, wash them and cut them into hob blocks.
5. Put Pleurotus ostreatus, corn cob, Chinese cabbage and Pleurotus eryngii into a stainless steel plate, add water ((add enough water, raw water is not allowed in the middle of the soup), and steam in a cage 1 hour.
6. After 1 hour, take out Pleurotus ostreatus, corn cob, Chinese cabbage and Pleurotus eryngii for other use.
7. Take a soup bowl, add yam, corn and carrot, pour the vegetarian soup in step (6), add a little salt and mushroom essence, and steam in a cage for 45 minutes.
8. Finally, add papaya and steam for 15 minutes.
