How to Make Wife Cake ?
First make the glutinous rice filling. Pour water, sugar and lard into a pot together

Divide the dough into 16 equal portions, knead them into balls, and let them rest for half an hour. (To prevent the surface of the dough from drying out, cover it with plastic wrap or a damp cloth when it is resting)
Then, make the shortcrust pastry. Combine the flour and lard and knead the dough until it forms a ball. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces
Take a piece of the rested dough and flatten it into a circle
Place the dough in the center of the dough
Wrap it up and place it, seam-side down
Roll the dough with a rolling pin to make a long oval
Roll the dough and roll it up from the top
