Phoenix single fir tea, one of the green tea varieties, belongs to oolong tea and semi-fermented tea, and is one of the six famous teas in China. Phoenix single fir has a production history of more than 900 years. Chaozhou, the main producing area of Fenghuang Danzong, is one of the three oolong tea producing areas in China.
Chaozhou Fenghuang Mountain System is the origin of the national local fine tea "Phoenix Narcissus". Several generations of tea farmers have separated and screened many excellent plants from the varieties of Phoenix Narcissus, namely "Phoenix Dan Cong". It is a rare and highly fragrant tea variety resource with the highest natural flower fragrance, the most diverse flower fragrance types, mellow and refreshing taste and unique charm among tea varieties in China.
The reason is inseparable from three necessary conditions:

Brewing method
First, tea sets can be set with bowls or teapots, and it is best to set bowls with phoenix fir.
Second, take about 8 grams of dry tea and brew it with 100 degree boiling water. Scrape off the floating foam with a pot cover. The first bubble is to wash tea, not to drink it, and immediately pour it out after adding water, of which 2 or 3 bubbles have the best aroma; 5 or 6 bubbles taste the best. If you drink this kind of tea in a glass in the office, please take 3-5g of tea leaves and put them into the cup (or use tea according to the needs of tea drinkers), brew them with boiling water, cover the cup to prevent the aroma from overflowing and keep the water temperature, and taste them after 5-20 seconds.
3. Fragrance: Flat foam, high impact, fast export, tender and refreshing. Make soup with water for 5 seconds; Two water to five water 10 second; After Liu Shui, it can be extended appropriately.
Fourth, Luzhou-flavor: full of bubbles, fast-forward and slow-out, heavy rhyme. Water for the first time should be no less than 10 second (depending on the tea), 20 seconds for the second time, 30 seconds for the third time, and then whatever. ?
