Recipe for beef tendon jelly
Materials
Beef tendon
Onion, ginger, garlic, small red pepper
Star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, peppercorns
Method:
Pour the beef tendons out of water and wash them. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, peppercorns and green onions and ginger into a bag, add the tendons and simmer until crispy, add rice wine and salt to taste halfway through.
Take a long container and brush the four walls with oil. Pour in beef tendon and filtered soup. Chill in refrigerator. After the beef tendons are formed, cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
Take another small bowl and mix the sauce: light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, red oil, pepper oil, add a little warm water and mix thoroughly. You can add millet, pepper, coriander, and chopped peanuts to add flavor. Pour the sauce over the jellyfish and serve.
