1. Ingredients: 5 swimming crabs.
2. Seasoning: 5 grams of salt, 6 grams of vinegar, half ginger, 5 grams of cooking wine, and 3 green onions.
3. Method:
(1) Prepare swimming crabs, green onions and ginger for later use and clean them.
(2) Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add ginger slices, salt, green onion knots, cooking wine, and put the swimming crabs on the plate. After the water boils, steam them in the pot.
(3) Cut the ginger into shreds and pour in appropriate amount of vinegar to make a dipping sauce.
