Steps to make ice powder from ice seeds:

1. Put the ice powder seeds into a cotton bag, flush the water at the mouth of the cotton bag with a faucet, and remove the ice powder seeds. Rinse away the dust on the surface.

2. After making sure that the dust on the surface of the ice powder seeds has been rinsed away, tie the bag tightly, place the cotton bag in a crisper containing mineral water, and rub it repeatedly with your hands for 5-6 minutes.
