Chicken Breast Fitness Meal (cut in large chunks)
Ingredients: Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Carrots , Peas, Black Pepper, Salt, Lemon Juice
Methods:
1. Chicken Breast cut in half, should not be too thick because it is too thick to be flavorful. Salt and pepper marinade for more than half an hour.
2 Wash broccoli, carrots, peas in boiling water for a few minutes and fish out.
3 After the chicken marinade, put a little oil in the pan, turn on low heat and cut chicken breasts, brown on both sides.
4 Serve the vegetables on a plate, then cut the browned chicken breasts into cubes on the side, sprinkle with a little pepper and squeeze a little lemon juice to serve
Sliced (Chicken Salad) Dinner
Ingredients: chicken breasts, corn, broccoli, carrots, barbecue sauce, onion, minced garlic, shiitake mushrooms, cilantro, salt, pepper
1. Cut the chicken breasts into small slices and put them in a bowl. Add BBQ sauce/BBQ seasoning marinade and refrigerate for half an hour or more.
2. While the chicken is marinating, cook the corn, broccoli and carrots, remove from the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3 Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms
4 . After the chicken is marinated, fry the chicken breasts in a pan with a little oil until they are medium rare
5 Pour in some oil, stir fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms, then add the chicken breasts and stir fry them together, add the parsley.
6 Finally, put it into the prepared vegetable salad, put some lemon juice and pour in the dressing or make your own dressing
Beef

Ingredients: steak, barbecue sauce/barbecue sauce, potatoes, lettuce, shiitake mushrooms, onion, black pepper,
Practice:

Beef Salad (sliced)

5 Once the beef is marinated, fry it in a pan in a small amount of oil until it's about 50% cooked. Quinoa Salad (fruit salad, seafood salad, vegetable salad, tuna salad are similar to the practice, the practice of not introduced)
