Can you kebab a chicken breast?
Is there anyone out there who is like me and has those days of the month when you are super craving for meat and can't help but drool every time you pass by the downstairs kebab stall.

But the thought of all those skewers of meat with no idea of what they're actually made of eventually puts me off.

Today, I'm going to introduce you to a great way to eat chicken breasts, 'Cumin Grilled Chicken Breast Skewers'.

This skewer uses chicken breast, which is good for people who have lost weight and fat! Come and follow me to do it~

Materials:

200g of chicken breast, 3g of salt, 3g of black pepper, 3g of soy sauce, 1/2 egg white, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 5g of corn starch, moderate amount of honey water, moderate amount of cumin powder, moderate amount of chili powder.

Practice:

1. Wash the chicken breast and slice it into thin and thick slices, use the back of the knife to pat the meat to make it easier to taste.

2. Cut the processed chicken breast into evenly sized pieces.

3. Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, olive oil, egg white and corn starch and marinate for about 1 hour. Soak the bamboo skewers in warm water while marinating the chicken.

4. Thread the marinated chicken breasts into skewers and arrange them evenly in a baking dish.

5. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees F. Place the chicken skewers on the upper middle shelf of the oven and bake over top and bottom heat for 18 minutes.

6. After 8 minutes, remove the baking sheet, brush the chicken skewers with a layer of honey water, sprinkle with an even layer of cumin powder, and continue to bake in the oven for 6 minutes.

7.6 minutes later sprinkle another even layer of chili powder over the top of the chicken skewers and continue to bake in the oven for 4 minutes.

8. When the time is up, remove the chicken skewers from the oven and serve.

Tips:

Chicken breasts are easy to wood, add some olive oil to the marinade.
