Steps:
1. Add peanuts to the cold oil in the cold pot.
2. The whole fire is small, and the small bubbles with oil begin to stir fry slowly.
3. Turn off the fire when the peanuts turn golden, or stir fry on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Don't take them out in a hurry. Stir-fry for 3 minutes at the remaining temperature, then take it out and sprinkle some salt and mix well.
