Main ingredients
Apple
1500g

Lemon
Half one
Steps
1. Prepare a clean, sealed bottle that is oil-free and water-free.
2. Prepare fresh apples and lemons.
3. Wash, peel, core and slice the apples.
4. Take a stainless steel pot, pour a little water into it, and just cover the bottom of the pot.
Note: The purpose of adding water is to prevent the pot from drying out before the apples come out of the water.
5. Put the sliced ??apples into the pot, and you can sprinkle some sugar or not. I usually don't add sugar.
6. Cover the pot and simmer slowly over medium-low heat.
7. The apples begin to soften, cover the pot and continue cooking.
8. When the apples become softer and the water in the apples begins to escape, cover the pot and continue cooking.
9. When the water content is reduced, take a spoon and spread it (but don’t touch the bottom). The apples will become small particles, but some are a bit hard. Cover the pot and continue to cook.
10. Use a spoon to spread it again. If there is no hard core and it is thicker, it is OK. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
Note: The function of lemon juice is to prevent corrosion and increase the taste.
You can see a little bit of change throughout the process. The entire cooking process takes about half an hour.
11. Bottle while hot, cap the bottle and turn it upside down.
Inversion is to kill bacteria on the mouth of the bottle.

13. How to eat applesauce 2: With yogurt
Tips
1. I have made applesauce many times, and I think this water must be added, but not too much, just enough to cover the bottom of the pot.
2. Be sure to cook it slowly over medium-low heat from beginning to end, and there is no need to move the pot.
