Capsaicin, also known as chili oil resin, is a product extracted and concentrated from chili peppers with a strong pungent flavor, which is used to make food seasoning. In addition to containing the pungent components of chili peppers, chili extract also contains capsaicin alcohol, proteins, pectin, polysaccharides, paprika red pigment and more than a hundred other complex chemical substances.
With long-term use of capsaicin, there is damage to the skin, eyes, mouth, respiratory tract and digestive tract. Never use foods containing capsaicin when there is a state of inflammation and ulcers.
